The Crisis
There are an estimated 1.8 million orphans in the Philippines with very few of them getting the opportunity to be adopted. Without a family setting to equip them, young adults are often released from care without the necessary experience, knowledge, financial means, and support systems in place to successfully navigate all that living independently entails. Kids With Purpose International (KWPI), understands the insurmountable odds these young adults face when they age out of institutionalized care and have created an independent living program to provide the safety, structure, and support that all young adults need when transitioning into adulthood.
We are committed to bridging the gap between institutional care and independent living
